The youth will lead, but ...
I don't doubt that the time for the youth to lead is very near yet I cannot leave the matter of a lack credibility in young leaders unaddressed . A lack of credibility in young leaders will definitely hinder progressive strategies that the young leadership so wishes to implement. It is like they will be taking two steps forward and four steps backwards.
We as the youth leadership cannot afford to drink the same poison that killed our exile leaders and that is now killing our current leaders . Adminstrative corruption, compensated favouritism and mismanagement of state resources to enrich ourselves . Such tendencies are evident already .
Implementation sucking leaders
Young leaders in various municipalities seek to implement outreach programs with the claim of entrepreneurial boost for young owned companies. The very same leaders that implement the projects place their own personal companies as suppliers nullifying the hypothesis of locally empowering local, young businesses through supply chain . Now because of such greed, the young leadership will not have God's backing until they repent.
Negotiation sucking leaders
Many youth leaders that have fueled up marches that are revolutionary in nature have used needy young people to enrich themselves. When at the negotiations table with the oppressors . They take the luxury offered by the oppressors as a bribe to betray and to forsake the revolutionary move . These leaders come back to the masses to report a lie and give false hope. Such young leaders are very influential and are two-faced. The lack of integrity in young leaders will jeopardise any good revolutionary move.
Resolution sucking leaders
These young leaders are secretly tasked by older leaders to seek resolutions from the young led masses that will be used without the acknowledgement of the young givers as an implementation report to those in higher ranks of political power to seek more funds to plunder.
I must warn you as young leaders to forsake your generational acquired wickedness . It is such conformity that will definitely make history displeased with us as it is with our older leaders. We lead people that belong to God and God will deal with us as young leaders accordingly if we don't forsake our wickedness even in places of worship , such occurs .
The youth will lead , but in their chosen wickedness and conformity they will make no significant change and they will eventually perish.
