His childhood & teenage hood
He was born at Groblersdal Hospital on the 12 of September 1995, stayed in Dennilton, Limpopo Province for four years. “He was a very handsome, intelligent, respectful , obedient and naughty boy. One time he had an accident with a cow that caused him to lose his two front teeth prematurely. Being scared that I would have lost my only son, I gave him a hiding of love when he came running to me with tears and blood coming out from his mouth after the incident," said his Mom.
When he was 4 years old his parents, Mr Joel and Mrs Sarah Sithole relocated to Middelburg, Mpumalanga Province with their children: Njabulo, his two sisters Khanyisile and Gugulethu. “My boy loved and admired me so much that he would get into trouble at school just so that I could ground him. And by grounding him, it meant that I needed to watch over him as I worked. He left no stone unturned,” said his dad.
LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
Biologically Njabulo and his father Khalipha Bhuti Joel Sithole descend from a long lineage of village chiefs " Amabaqha/Amaqholo" . The "Sithole" surname belongs to her grandmother and as a result of her grandmother not being married to his grandfather Elton Magaqa "Gaba" , her children remained with her surname by default. Coincidentally Njabulo's father's nickname was "Chief" while Njabulo is referred to by many as "Leader" or "President " or "Mphathi" to this day .
He started his elementary education at Eastdene Combine School and matriculated at the same school. He became a favorite among his teachers as he left nothing to chance when it came to oral presentations that many of his teachers were convinced that he was going to be the next great politician after Nelson Mandela.
Njabulo was discovered by his grade 3 teacher Miss Linda Dikenda , who trained him mercilessly to publicly speak at his school's concert in a role he played as a traditional chief , that was the beginning of it all.
He is still admired by his former classmates to this day for the positive impact he had on them. He attributes his unending successes to influence of his educator Mrs L Walters whom he recalls “Strict, firm and fun under compliance.”
Njabulo futher developed passion for public speaking during his schooling days trained by Mr Motubase, Mrs du Toit and Mrs Mathelela. He became an outstanding speaker during the internal debates and his school would entrust him to represent them at regional and provincial level. Participating in these various competitions armed him with more necessary public speaking skills and boosted his confidence to stand before the world. He also became a top performing History student as result of his father Joel Sithole and Mr Ntshinka's robust influences.
He uses his life experiences to teach the younger generation that they should not fall into the same pitfall of peer pressure that he fell in as a teenager. He says his life took a turn when he was 15 years old.
“I swallowed my hypocritical life and surrendered all to Christ as my Savior and Lord. As a result, God accredited me with wisdom, good judgment and understanding to live right in God's sight.
Young God-fearing believers are constantly in need of healthy counsel from someone whose life is a life-giving example. I believe that as young people, we are the orchestrators of the envisioned societies we desire to live in and our individual influence on society is critical and prime," says the optimistic Njabulo.
Njabulo's spiritual standing
"I got saved at the age of 12 at my then high school's outreach by a group of young evangelists. They had ministered the Gospel far better than the church I was attending. I was orphaned in the church and my leader then didnt partake in "fathering". I struggled for the next coming years in my faith walk without guidance nor support but judgement from my fellow congregants. Worse is these leaders suppressed gifts , callings and disabled discipleship. They were full-blown pharisees running for full control of the congregation. I couldn't leave the church as my mother was member of it and whenever I raised this to her , she would pin me down to obeying her. I endured until I went to varsity. I found a church to serve under, I grew in serving the Lord . Unfortunately its leadership gave into rulership as the leaders began to lord it over the people . I came back home after my graduation. My mom had found a different church which proved to be exactly the same as the one she was at . It was then that I sat her down and showed her why she was in the wrong church , which she later departed. She allowed me to find my own church , I too made a mess of choices due to various wrong influences , a fear of men ,hurt myself and eventually did not want anything to do with God Almighty .It wasn't until God Almighty encountered me through the Holy Spirit that I repented noting that He has called, chosen me to the work of the Kingdom not men . Regardless of the many spiritual suicides and silent rebellions, various men and women of God have kept me in check.
So I am called and chosen by God Almighty ,led by the Holy Spirit and fully accountable to my brothers and sisters in Christ".
Still strong on the narrow path
He is currently preparing to go to the studio to record encouragements inspired by his latest book, "Words Left Unsaid" and these tracks will be available.
He has ascended to various leadership roles in the political arena representing Middelburg Youth interdomonational Fellowship in South African Youth Council and heading the marketing of such a life-changing organisation.
Njabulo Chriswell Sithole became an acclaimed non-commercial author after having been given a second chance at life in 2020. His writings can be accessed freely on multiple online archives across the net.
He envisions himself to be a global inspirational speaker, a generous businessman , a sensible husband, a loving father , a people's person and a credible example .
Mostly he believes that God Almighty has called him to serve his generation with all that he is .
He has rejected key leadership positions from many organizations as he believes in only committing himself to where he is capable of maximizing his capabilities. "My father gave me specific instructions 6 months before he died as a saved man. He said that I should stay away from all politicians, business people and preachers in order to remain undiluted. I didn't understand him back then but now I know what he meant and he was very right".
Lately, he has astonished most parts of South Africa with his eagerly awaited book " Umjolo Masimba" which has become commendable among leaders of various organisations. He has closed 2020 by releasing another book entitled, "The fall of godly leadership " as a watchman and a keeper of God's chosen people.
By 12 September 2022 , Njabulo would have authored exactly 50 book titles at the age of 27 . He is more interested in finishing his course more than anything . " When I hold that pen in my hand, I get to converse with God Almighty and every created thing. Wisdom is endless and it must be pursued with pureness of heart and with humility because at the end of the day, it's all about the Source".
He lives no stone unturned in delivering life-changing messages that affect all his audiences positively. He is as unique as he comes in delivery and execution . You never really get to see what he is building until he gets off the stage - He is annoitedly divine.
