Life is a worthwhile journey 

If two drivers, one in a Ferrari and other in a Volkswagen Citi Golf set out on a journey to Pretoria without any speed limits on the road . The Ferrari would arrive first but the distance travelled and the destination reached remains the same . It doesn't matter whether you have a starting advantage or not . What matters is that you will travel your life's journey to the end that you envision from this beginning. 

Various life seasons will come , you are going to lose close people, gain new friends , be betrayed , betray , be disappointed , disappoint , be hated , hate , love and be loved above all else. The sole advantage of life I learnt, is life itself . If you have life , you can plan again , try again , love again , repent again and dream again . 

The reason why you start anything must be the same foundation that you must use to fuel your determination and perseverance. Mostly you need to understand that your life story is unique because you are unique. There has never been this version of yourself. You are the "it" with that "thing" . You have got what it takes to live your life to the fullest but not apart from hardships for that too comes with life. Life itself is a balanced risk with the exciting hypes and the discouraging lows.

A Caterpillar is the start of a butterfly which means getting a grip of your ground is essential for success in anything . When your motive for success streams from a place of love rather than from envy, hatred and bitterness, it will be then that your life will truly be a seasoning aroma to the Almighty God and impactful love to your people. 

Your fears are like stop signs . Use them as points of precaution not stagnancy or complanency. Your fears are the drive behind your contingency plan yet they should never be your detour to your comfort zone again . 

The mistakes you have made and will make are part of your making and by the way there aren't new mistakes, just old essential lessons for you and everybody who draws courage from your life. Wisdom has always been old yet them that possess and seek to possess it , light up their paths and build a solid shelter for life. Foolishness has always been young, senseless and too much of it will cause your bones to dry to up, lock you up in the cells of wearisome regrets and derive you of enlightenment. Yet I must warn you that a balance between the two is attained by having reverence for the Almighty God in all that you do. 

Remember that life is about balance . Don't overwork yourself in your purpose nor over-indulge yourself in your pleasures. Why ? You are here on earth for a reason and for a season . Your grave number is already printed so why not make the most of all the given seasons under the sun ? 

All we have is Now !

It is a tradgey that we save for houses , cars or whatsoever that most us will never own . Prepare for weddings, children and marriages we will never have .

Why? Because tomorrow is not promised to any man . We are all endangered and our time to expire is ticking . Our grave numbers have already been printed and heaven is sure of our return date .

The only thing worry accomplishes is inducing you to a flesh driven life that will leave you envious , bitter and negative about even waking up to everything possible.

Why then be anxious about anything  ? Why then pressure yourself to perform out of balance ? Life will replace you no matter how significant you think you are .

What we can do is wash our hands, shower our heads and thank God for a productive day regardless of its successes and failures - we overcame the worst of ourselves in it , we loved throughout it and we learnt a new lesson

Yet in all this i realize - God has given us Now to manage well everything He has assigned and given us access to . Relax and check on those who are primary to you . Hit your spouse with a lovely text . Settle your differences with all men . Laugh a little in that tough situation.  Pray that care out.  Give generously.  Kiss and hug wholeheartedly . Accept the Lord's proposal . Repent immediately.

All that is given to us is Now BUDDY !

Update yourself !

I hate it when one of my apps or softwares require an update not because of the COST but rather the PROCESS and TIME .

Strikingly I decided to learn from this "Update" thing. I read through the new TERMS , the new IMPROVEMENTS and I AGREED. 

Up-date  , we are moving up but we need to be on date . Elevation that is relevant . Character that is contagious . Impact that is indestructible  .

So often in life , we get too comfortable with our current versions while God has intended us to change and grow. Update simply means that there is new version of yourself awaiting our response .  A wiser you , a emotionally intelligent you and a innovative you only if you AGREE .

Microsoft office suite 2007 is nothing compared to the lastest office suite . Why remain the same when even your age changes ?

Update your thinking , your heart attitude and your perspective.

PLEASE UPDATE TO BE COMPATIBLE TO THE WORK THAT GOD NEEDS DONE WITH AND THROUGH YOUR LIFE.

Standardized treatment

Pride cannot be without prejudice. They  are couples that ensure a man's fall from his own height of exclusivity. 

The reason we ignore people who are below our rank is because we think they cannot help us . We tend grow the tendency to parasitically receive more than we sincerely give to others.

If we don't become honest about our habitual pride and prejudice then we cannot administrate well the things given to us by God Almighty.

It doesn't help us to treat others as they deserve nor as per their rank but it does help us to standardize our treatment from and in Love regardless of the situation at hand.

 We are to expose ungodliness by revealing godliness , expose a lie by revealing the truth and expose prejudice by revealing love. Your virtue is to add value and to devalue dishonesty. 

My father always said , " If the poor man isn't going to be served pudding , in the same glossy bowl as the rich man at your banquet - don't serve pudding at all".

Serving for the audience of ONE

What if I told you that God and all heaven is watching you ? That you have been entrusted to serve ? That you are a steward of heavenly supplies ?

Consider what Mother Teresa said ,

"God is love and love is service".

" A highly skilled carpenter who had grown old was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the house building business and live a more leisurely life with his family. He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire.

The employer was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter agreed to this proposal but made sure that this will be his last project. Being in a mood to retire, the carpenter was not paying much attention to building this house. His heart was not in his work. He resorted to poor workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end his career.

When the job was done, the carpenter called his employer and showed him the house. The employer handed over some papers and the front door key to the carpenter and said "This is your house, my gift to you."

The carpenter was in a shock! What a shame! If he had only known that he was building his own house, he would have made it better than any other house that he ever built!" .

Now come to me . How you treat people reflects you. You can't afford to be partial in your treatment.  It is not that you don't have time for the person at inquiry, it is the prejudice in your perception that will leave you with a lifetime of regrets especially when the person at your inquiry succeeds.

You can't pursue peace with all men until you have that God-kinda peace from within that yields to you treating others equally and equitably. 

Let it not there be an attitude to think highly of ourselves as we should. Humility in God's sight is evident in unconditional love given to all men . LET LOVE LEAD ABOVE ALL ELSE .

How would you treat God if He was to appear to you in human form?  Your consciousness of Him will be to treat Him best . Guess what ? You have already met God. You encounter Him everyday and everywhere .

Take charge of your will , learn to respond and to initiate everything with a God-consciousness. 

The missing recipient

Lazarus was dead for four days but that didn't disturb the Lord's chill . He foreknew the occurrence and nothing could have caused Him to be unstable. 

Now that was just the caption. Take a seat and let me drive you to a site of new wonders. 

Yesterday my cousin came back from school demanding and not asking that i open the door for him. Since he demanded I decided to take my time and I continued with cleaning my room .He yelled and yelled until he got tired.  In the midst of that he yelled exaggeratedly about how important it was for him to get into the house. After 10 minutes I decided to open up for him only to find out that he had already left.  

I was trying to teach him a valuable lesson that hinders the requests of many prayers . Many believers treat God like an ignorant Governor.  They "Demand" instead of "Ask" . Jesus teaches us to "Ask the Father in His name" . 

God Almighty is virtuous and responds virtuously to virtue . 

When God decides to hear your demand because of His merciful nature , you are no longer there to receive.  You disappear at the reception of your disposed blessing . 

You were not at a position to ask and now you are absent at a position to receive.  God Almighty is a giver of givers . 

You need to understand that God is diverse in response to your request.  You can ask Him for rain and He gives you snow instead. You ask Him for a car and He gives you taxis. He is into sustainable blessings but to see that , it will require you to move with Him .

Sometimes God hides the blessing in what looks like work and if you will work the work , you will bump purposefully into the blessing - surprise!  

Imagine your name being called in your midst that you have won a great deal of money but you are unable to hear  it .Why ? Your unbelief , stubborn heart and pride has caused your deafness.   Don't inflict misfortune upon yourself. 

Today decide to ask God for anything and position yourself to receive by clearing all sabotageous heart issues. 

Purposefully positioned endorsor

Is it not intriguing that after Joseph in the prison had interpreted dreams of  Pharoah's cupbearer and official , he said to the cupbearer not forget him when the king reinstates him ? Unfortunately the cupbearer forgot Joseph for 2 years . It wasn't until the Pharoah had a dream that disturbed him that it was remembered of Joseph by the cupbearer.  Pharaoh exalted Joseph above Potiphar who had put him falsely in prison and the cupbearer who had forgotten him . 

Joseph was remembered because of what he had done to the cupbearer at his lowest . So often we forget people who have done us good at our lowest and in our humble beginnings. Some, we have viewed as nuisances especially when it our time to repriocate their kindness.

You can't do unto any person anymore than you do unto God therefore it is God who will repay . 

Are you keeping an opportunity from someone you know exactly deserves it ? Whether you hold on to it or not . God Almighty will overtake you because you are failing to be a useful vessel . Yes! A branch that produces bitter fruits . 

" But he is going to be bigger than me and what's in it for me if I help him ?", you say.  What a selfish person you with a short-sighted perspective you are ! Don't you know that God will honor your kindness ? 

Could it be that your breakthrough is blocked by your greed and jealousy towards someone you need to endorse ?  God cannot do unto you anymore than what you do unto to others . 

Tests : 

1. It is not easy but godly to endorse somebody else to opportunities that will enable him/her to be greater than you. 

2. Endorsing someone who does exactly what you do better isn't easy but it is character because it echoes love to God and to everyone that sees it . 

3. Endorse people unconditionally.  Why ? It is your service to men but your worship to God . Your humility ,God will honor .

4. Refrain from just being a receiver of endorsements - translate this Kingdom mandate. 

5. Someone you know is looking for what you know somebody else can optimally offer - don't deprive them of that opportunity.  

You are the hand and the mouth of God wired directly to His heart . You are called to be the light . You are to expose darkness and to reveal the Kingdom on earth . 

This world is only a survival of the fittest because of our greed . In order to strive and thrive as we should ,  we will need to love one another in all possible ways .

You are given a valuable task to connect talents and gifts with kings and queens. Don't let the enemy have the most of your joy especially in glorifying God Almighty .

You are trusted to overcome

I am reminded of a man called "Job" who was trusted by God so much that even when he was tried and tested by the devil in all possible ways - He never yielded to cursing God then I wonder how many times have we cursed the God Almighty for all the unfair occurrences in our lives ? Are we not people of faith or perhaps we are guilty of making love to our fears and complanecies?

For some hours it struck me that God qualifies us to be tried and tested by the enemy not because He doesn't love us but because He trusts and entrusts power to us to overcome.

The enemy not only creates the situations , he will also suggest that we conform to what's happening and to accept it as a staying point rather than a place of transactions and transformation.

A place of transactions

When the enemy of has you at your lowest so much that you are cornered;  remember to send an SOS to the Almighty that He may strengthen you and gve you His joy for your misery . This is a time where you draw from God's best  as He draws from your worst .

You need to make a radical decison to renew your thinking about what you are going through , to deactivate your survival mode,  to turn on your striving mode and to use the authority you have been given. The enemy's weapons are nothing compared to the armour of God that you are wearing. This is not your dying spot but your praising spot - victory is certain.

Remember that the silence of God in your storm doesn't verdict His absence nor does it disqualify the truth that you are still favoured by God anyway.

The reason God is in heaven and we are on earth is because He trusts us and has entrusted to us power to do to the devil exactly what He did to him at the Cross - to overcome , to subdue and replenish over the enemy.

We are authorized to sanction, to ban and  to terrorize the enemy. Earth is our territory. God's goodness and mercies are our portions .
